Ontario Politics

This course examines the pertinent issues facing Ontario, paying particular attention to questions of identity, political culture and its role in the Canadian federation. Topics include the socioeconomic setting, government institutions, Indigenous Peoples, Northern Ontario and various policy fields (e.g. health, education, environment). PREREQ:POLI 2706 or minimum 12 university credits at the 2000 level or permission of the department (lec 3) cr 3.
