Employment Law I
This course traces the evolution of employment and labour law in the context of the justification for modern labour legislation, industrial safety regulation and employment standards. The primary focus is the law of individual work or the Common Law work regime and the regulatory framework that impacts upon it, and how these are transformed by the law of industrial relations.
